Shipping Period

Please allow around 2-3 weeks for your order to ship out after an initial store open/update. Otherwise, I batch ship orders once a week when I’m available. I manually pack all orders myself, so your patience is greatly appreciated! (_ _)

 

Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, CA. Please note that the estimates below are not guaranteed and may always be subject to delays. If you need your order expedited, please contact me directly to discuss additional shipping options.

US shipments: ~2-5 days
International shipments: ~1-4 weeks

 

★ Stamped Shipping

For XS-sized flat products like bookmarks, postcards, and stickers (S-sized prints do not count), I’m offering stamped letter shipping (First-Class Mail) as an affordable option. There is a maximum of 5 XS-sized rpoducts per order for this shipping method. However, please note the following with this shipping method there is no tracking number included and your order will be shipped in a regular letter, not a stayflat mailer.

Although estimated delivery times state international stamped mail takes 1-4 weeks to arrive, it may sometimes take 2-3 months.

 

★ International Shipping

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate shipments to the UK at this time. Before completing your purchase, please make sure your country is currently accepting shipments from the USA. The buyer is responsible for any customs, import, or VAT fees (EU). All tracked international shipments will be sent out with Pirate Ship's Simple Export Rate, which includes tracking for the countries listed here and takes 1—4 weeks for delivery depending on your location. If you live in an area where your phone number is relevant for delivery, please remember to provide it during checkout.

 

★ Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and will not be eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail. If your purchase included a tracking number and was lost or damaged, please file a domestic or international insurance claim with USPS within 60 days of your order shipment.

 

★ Order Adjustments

If you have not yet received an email that your order was shipped out, there is still a chance to update order information. Please email or DM me (see contact info below) if the following occurs:

1) Your order was submitted with the wrong address or email.
2) You would like to purchase an additional product but want it combined with your existing order.

I cannot guarantee anything but I will do my best to update on my end before shipment.
